At the Bothy we take great pride in being able to use the best, local and freshest ingredients in the food we present. For us, the important thing is provenance – knowing where and how the ingredients are caught, farmed, grown or picked. Our menu changes regularly to ensure that what is in season is reflected in the dishes we offer. We trust our suppliers to deliver only the finest of ingredients from Moray and wider Scotland. We also work with a few select producers from outside Scotland – we import all our wines from our good friends at Albet i Noya in Catalonia, Spain and the Perello Gordal olives are produced in Andalucia…
